The dining area is surrounded by decorations of millet, creating a festive atmosphere reminiscent of swaying millet fields symbolizing a bountiful harvest. On sunny days, it is ideal to enjoy breakfast in the outdoor seating area, letting the warm sunlight awaken the body. With a million-dollar investment, ton’u Kitchen has introduced the Josper, a Spanish treasure-grade grill, placed in the open dining area, allowing every guest to experience the delicious dishes grilled over open fire by the head chef personally. Following the Tsou tribe's tradition, the chef uses "Xiangsi wood" to grill the unique ingredients from Alishan, enhancing the ingredients with rich smoky aroma and layers, preserving the purest flavors. The buffet table showcases Chiayi specialty snacks, local Alishan ingredients, and Tsou tribe dishes. It offers locally grown lettuce from small farmers, and fresh seafood ingredients directly delivered from Hiroshima, Japan and Chiayi Fishing Port to delight every guest with the finest delicacies at the hotel.
